1. Pre-Order Items

Items listed as Pre-Order are made to order and require additional production time to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Please allow 5–6 weeks for production and dispatch. We appreciate your patience while your order is carefully prepared.

2. Pre-Made Items

Items listed as Pre-Made are in stock and ready for dispatch. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. If your shipment is delayed, appears to be lost, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the relevant shipping carrier directly for assistance and updates.

While we will do our best to assist you where possible, delivery issues may require investigation by the shipping carrier. Please note that KO-JI cannot guarantee delivery times once an order is in transit.
